Privacy Policy
The short version: Undrly has no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking. Your browsing, saved properties, and assumptions live in your own browser. The only personal data we ever hold is what Stripe gives us when you buy Pro (your email), and the only network requests the extension makes are the ones that fetch the numbers on your screen.
What the extension collects
Nothing, for the free tier. There is no signup, no account, and no identifier. The extension activates only on Zillow and Realtor.com listing pages, reads the listing you are viewing to build its analysis, and stores its working data - saved properties, your assumption settings, your viewing-history scores for the percentile feature, and cached market data - in your browser's local extension storage. That data stays on your machine, is never transmitted to us, and is deleted by Chrome when you uninstall.
What we hold if you buy Pro
- Your license key and its status (active or cancelled), stored on our server so the extension can verify it.
- The email address from your Stripe checkout, linked to your key so we can look it up if you lose it and reach you about your subscription.
- A device identifier generated by your extension install, used only to prevent one key from being shared across many machines. It contains no personal information.
- An anonymous monthly usage counter for your key (how many of your 50 market lookups you've used), which resets each month.
Payment details - card numbers, billing address - are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe's own privacy policy governs that data.
Network requests the extension makes
- Our backend service (a Cloudflare Worker we operate) - to verify Pro licenses, check lookup quotas, and fetch short-term-rental market data when you click to check a market. Requests include your license key and the listing's coordinates and bed/bath count - never the URL of the page or anything else about your browsing.
- Federal Reserve (FRED) - to fetch the current published 30-year mortgage-rate average. No personal data is sent.
- AirROI (via our backend, never directly from your browser) - licensed short-term-rental comparable data, fetched only when a Pro user explicitly requests it.
That is the complete list. The extension makes no other network requests: no analytics beacons, no crash reporters, no ad networks, no fingerprinting, and no transmission of the pages you visit.
What we can't see
We cannot see what listings you view, what you search for, what you save, what assumptions you set, or how you use the extension. Undrly is deliberately built so that this information never leaves your browser.
Feedback you choose to send
The "Report an issue" button opens your own email app with diagnostics prefilled - nothing is sent unless you hit send. If you fill out the optional exit survey after uninstalling, your message (and email, only if you provide one) is stored on our server for up to 90 days and then automatically deleted.
Data retention & deletion
License records persist while your subscription is active. If you cancel, your key is deactivated; you may email us to have the record and associated email deleted entirely. Cached market data expires automatically within 14 days. Exit-survey feedback expires within 90 days. Everything stored locally in your browser is removed by Chrome when you uninstall the extension.
Selling or sharing data
We don't sell, rent, share, or trade any data, to anyone, for any purpose. There are no third-party trackers to disclose because there are none.
Children
Undrly is a real-estate analysis tool intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and the date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
